Plotting With Charlee: Because the Book Streets Be Weird

So boom.

It’s a random Sunday. I should be chillin’, maybe minding my business, but instead—plot twist—I decided to start an Instagram channel called Plotting With Charlee. Why? Because I’m always tryna come up or figure out how to get this money by tomorrow.

I’m playin’… kinda.

Truth is, I was tired of talking to myself (and my group chat) about the fake “sisterhood” and performative “community building” in the book space. You ever peep how it’s all love until you actually doing something? Yeah… that part.

At first I was just venting. Then I said, “Girl, shut up and build what you want to see.” So here we are.

Fast forward a few hours and BOOM—over 40 people joined. In. One. Day. I wasn’t even ready for all that but I’m wit it. Let’s go.

What is Plotting With Charlee tho?

It’s not a book club—don’t play with me.

It’s an online social experience. A little mix of vibes, voice notes, wild opinions, and women who just so happen to read books. We not arguing about Colleen Hoover or pretending every 3-star book was “life changing.” We keeping it real, raw, and probably a little chaotic—but in the best way.

It’s for the girlies who got something to say but get buried by the wack algorithm. It’s for the ones who be in the comments like “whew, I thought it was just me.” It’s for US.

Will there be exclusive perks? Yea. What are they? Hell if I know. It’s day ONE. Let me breathe.

But best believe it’s only up from here.
